Storm rules
- A storm can form only in the second half of a window, with the odds from the tide calendar.
- Storm fronts are visible 90 seconds out (150 with the lighthouse clockwork).
- During a storm the flood runs twice as fast and lanterns gutter: carry a spare or lose your light.
- A crew that shelters in the lighthouse keeps everything it carries.
