# Capture, find, comment and share from your phone.

25 September 2026 · By the Nodary team

A tab bar made for thumbs, a capture sheet that takes a note and a photo in seconds, search one tap away, comments that fit the screen, and your phone's own share sheet for links.

The best ideas arrive away from a desk: at a meeting, on a train, in a shop. Nodary on a phone now puts the four things you do there within a thumb's reach: capture, find, comment and share.

## Capture in seconds

The Capture tab opens a sheet: write a few words, take a photo or choose one, pick the project, save. A short first line becomes the title; a longer one names the note and stays in it, whole. What you type stays on the phone until it is saved, and the photo waits for the connection if it drops. If saving is cut off, saving again completes the same note, never a second copy. From another app, choose Nodary in the share menu to send text or a link straight into a new note.

## Find and read

Search sits in the tab bar and opens full width, with results large enough to tap. Documents open with their writing first: status, owner, due date and the other details fold into one line you open when you need them.

## Comment and share

Comments, history and the other document panels open as a sheet resting on the tab bar instead of off the edge of the screen. Share hands the document's link to your phone's own share sheet (messages, mail, notes), and copies it on a computer.

## Try it in your workflow

1. Open the demonstration on your phone.
2. Tap Capture, write a note and see the photo buttons.
3. Tap Search and look for Workspace studio.
4. Open it and tap Share.

The tab bar keeps Home, Map, Capture, Search and More; everything else is one tap away under More. The tabs, the capture sheet and the search results are at least 44 pixels tall, a comfortable size for a finger. Sharing into Nodary from another app works once Nodary is added to the home screen; the demonstration shows capture without saving it.
