Cookie Policy
The small files Nodary stores in your browser, and why. Spoiler: only the ones we genuinely need.
1In short
Nodary sets only the cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the service: to keep you signed in, remember which workspace you are in, and protect the sign-in flow. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.
2Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in. An encrypted, http-only token that identifies your authenticated session. | Strictly necessary | Up to 30 days |
| Active workspace | Remembers which workspace you are currently working in. | Strictly necessary | Session / persistent |
| Sign-in state | A short-lived value that protects the single sign-on flow against cross-site request forgery. | Strictly necessary | ~10 minutes |
3Local storage
Within the application, we use your browser’s local storage to remember interface preferences (such as your canvas view and panel sizes). This data stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent to any third party.
4Third-party cookies
When you make a payment, you are taken to our processor, Stripe, which may set its own cookies necessary to process the transaction securely and to prevent fraud. That processing is governed by Stripe’s own policies. We embed no third-party advertising or social-media trackers in the Service.
5Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will prevent you from signing in and using the Service. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
