How the templates work
Read before you download
Each template’s page shows every document as written, with its tables and diagrams, and draws the documents as the map they make.
Open them anywhere
The files are Markdown with relative links and Mermaid diagrams, so a folder opens in Obsidian, on GitHub or in any editor. A string table is a CSV file that any spreadsheet opens.
Import them into Nodary as a map
On a project’s map, choose Import, then Folder or ZIP, then Choose a ZIP. The overview arrives with its parts filed under it, the links kept, the diagrams drawn and a CSV turned into a sheet.
The Free plan holds ten documents per workspace, the project’s own page included, so each template fits a new Free workspace. Paid plans have room for as many as you need.

Inside Nodary, 30 more
Nodary also comes with 30 built-in templates in 12 languages, from a product spec and a research note to a playtest plan and a press kit, and you can save any document as a template. The downloads here are the fuller, multi-document versions, written to be read and shared outside Nodary too.
Questions about the templates
Can I use the templates for commercial work?
Yes. Use them, change them and share them for any project, commercial or not, with or without a Nodary account. A mention is welcome, never required.
Why several linked documents instead of one file?
Short pages get read when they matter, each one can have its own owner, and a change touches one page instead of a whole file. The overview links to every part, so nothing is more than one click away.
Which format are they in?
Markdown, with relative links between the files, Markdown tables and Mermaid diagrams. The localization string table also has a CSV file. Nothing depends on one particular tool.
Do I need a Nodary account?
Not to read or download them. To import one into Nodary you need a workspace, and the Free plan is enough: every template fits in it.
