The MCP server: Nodary for your AI agents, in every plan
The MCP server lets an AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code and other MCP clients) read and write your workspace with the permissions of the person who connects it. It is included in every plan, at no extra cost.

Studio AI and Comets
Studio AI is the assistant built into Nodary. What it uses is counted in Comets (), never shown as money.
Each paid seat adds its monthly Comets to one pool the whole team draws from. Owners and admins can cap what each member uses, and when the pool runs low, one-time Comet packs or an optional automatic top-up add more.
The Free plan gets 20 a month for the workspace, enough to try Studio AI. The Studio trial includes 200 .
Comets measure use and are spent as Studio AI works. They are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
How billing works
- Prices are in euros, per seat. Taxes are added where they apply.
- Annual billing charges a year of seats at once, at the lower annual rate.
- Adding a seat is charged right away, prorated to the end of the current period. Each member of the workspace uses one seat.
- Removing a seat takes effect on the next invoice. The current period is not credited or refunded.
- Studio can hold more files: storage is added in blocks of 50 GB, at €10 a month each, or €100 a year with annual billing, on the same invoice as the seats, up to 1,000 GB more. Adding storage is charged right away, prorated to the end of the current period; removing it takes effect at once and is not credited. Files are never deleted: above the limit, uploads stop until storage is added.
- The owner or an admin of a Free workspace can try Studio free for 14 days, from the dashboard or when the workspace reaches a limit, once per workspace and per owner: no card, MCP included, 200 of Studio AI and 5 GB of storage. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- Subscribe during the trial and its remaining days stay free: the first payment comes when it ends, or at once in its last two days. Adding seats or storage before then ends the trial and starts billing at once, after you confirm.
- A trial that ends without a subscription returns the workspace to Free. If it holds more than Free allows, it is locked until it subscribes: only subscribing and exporting stay open, agents and Studio AI are cut off, and its share links are paused. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing unlocks it at once.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Only the workspace owner manages billing.
Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There is no card to enter and no time limit. It holds 1 project, 10 documents and folders, and 2 members, with 50 MB of files, 20 ☄ of Studio AI a month and the MCP server.
What counts as a seat?
Each member of a paid workspace uses one seat, whatever their role. You choose how many seats to pay for and change the number as the team changes.
What happens when my workspace reaches a free limit?
The owner or an admin can try Studio free for 14 days (also from the dashboard, before any limit), once per workspace and per owner, with no card and nothing charged when it ends. Without a subscription, the workspace then goes back to Free; if it holds more than Free allows, it is locked until you subscribe: only subscribing and exporting stay open, and agents and Studio AI are cut off. Nothing is deleted for you.
Can Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work in Nodary?
Yes, through the MCP server, which is in every plan; on Free, while the workspace stays within the free plan’s limits. An agent connects with the permissions of the person who signs it in, and the MCP documentation explains the setup for each client.
What happens when I remove a seat or cancel?
A removed seat is no longer billed from the next invoice, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period. The period already started is not refunded.
What if we need more than 50 GB of files?
On Studio, the owner adds storage in blocks of 50 GB from Usage and billing, at €10 a month each, or €100 a year with annual billing, up to 1,000 GB more; beyond that, write to us. When a workspace holds more than its limit, nothing is deleted: uploads stop until storage is added.
Is there single sign-on?
Not yet; it is on the roadmap. Today, Enterprise offers an annual contract and invoicing. The data processing addendum (DPA) is part of the terms on every plan, Free included.
Which AI model does Studio AI use?
Studio AI runs on Amazon Bedrock with Claude models, and Nodary does not use your content to train models. Agents you connect over MCP use their own model.
