The Nodary name, logo, interface, source code, written content and visual identity are the exclusive property of AnkleBreaker Consulting and are protected under French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Content you create within the application remains yours, as described in our Terms of Service.
5Personal data
The processing of personal data carried out through Nodary is described in our Privacy Policy and, for content you process on behalf of your own users, in our Data Processing Addendum. You may exercise your rights under the GDPR by writing to francois@anklebreaker-studio.com.
7Disputes and mediation
These notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office, subject to any mandatory rule of jurisdiction applicable to consumers. For business users, the governing law and forum set out in the Terms of Service apply.
