Get help with Nodary
Ask from inside Nodary or by email. The small team that builds Nodary reads every request: here is how to reach it, what to send, and what to expect.
How to reach us
- In the app: open Help and feedback in the top bar (on a phone, in your account menu), or find it with Ctrl+K. Choose Get help, Report a bug or Request a feature. The page you are on is attached, and the answer comes back under My requests.
- By email: write to support@nodary.ai. It works without an account, for example when you cannot sign in.
- Billing questions go to the same address. Only a workspace’s owner can change its plan, seats or payment method.
- Privacy requests, such as access to your data or its deletion, go to support@nodary.ai too, as the privacy policy says.
What to include
- The address of the page or document where it happens, copied from the browser, and the workspace’s name.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, with the exact message if there was one.
- Your browser and device, and whether it happens every time.
- For an AI agent: the client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code or another) and the error it showed, such as quota_locked or workspace_required.
Never send: your password, a two-step verification code, a backup code or a whole API key. Nobody at Nodary will ask for them.
What to expect
Nodary is made by a small team in France, which reads every request itself. There is no guaranteed response time on Free, Pro or Studio; an Enterprise contract sets its own terms. The team answers in English and French.
Find the answer yourself
Most questions have a guide. Your workspace’s limits and what it uses are under Settings, Usage and billing, and members are told when a workspace reaches 80% of its storage or documents.

Known limits
Before you write, these are things Nodary does not do today:
- No offline mode, and no native iOS, Android or desktop app: Nodary runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, and can be installed from browsers that allow it.
- No single sign-on yet: you sign in with your email and password, with optional two-step verification.
- No integrations with Jira, GitHub, Notion, Linear or Figma: bring files in with Import and take them out with Export. Slack and Discord receive review decisions.
- Hosting is in the United States (AWS us-east-1), with no option to host in Europe.
- Public share links are read-only and have no password.
Report a security issue
Report a vulnerability privately to support@nodary.ai, with enough detail to reproduce it, as the security page asks. Give us a reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure, and do not access or change data that is not yours.
Your account and your data
- Export your documents at any time, even from a locked workspace.
- Delete your account yourself, from your profile.
- See your active sessions and sign out of any of them, from your profile.

Can I suggest a feature?
Yes: choose Request a feature in Help and feedback, and say what problem it would solve.
